Welcome to Birdsong Trading!

We are a family business based in the Southwestern part of the US.

A few years ago, we found these wonderful, cushy socks and scarves from our friends in New Zealand. We loved them so much, we just had to let other people know about them.
We hope you like them as much as we do!

They are warm but wicking, and incredibly soft and cushiony... the socks are a joy to walk on. Nothing else compares in comfort and warmth.
The colors are very intense and vibrant, and will last through hundreds of washings.

Our friends with arthritis, diabetes and fibromyalgia love them because they don't bind. Snowboarders, hikers, and campers can't get enough of them because they wick so well.
You have to feel them to believe how soft they are!

We now have the tread socks available in children's sizes 9-12 and 13-3.

Birdsong Trading's New Zealand Socks and Scarves are made of 30% NZ brushed wool,
60% Acrylic, and 10% Nylon. Machine or hand wash in cold water and dry flat or hang. Machine drying is not recommended, as they shrink in length.
However, they dry quickly, due to their wicking properties.
Dry cleaning is OK, too.
